The end of life care education team currently deliver the following education to different health and social care organisations in Somerset:

Communication in end of life care,

Train the Champion – The deteriorating resident (for care home staff) in partnership with LARCH - Listening and responding to care homes

Difficult conversations in end of life care – for district nursing staff

Treatment Escalation Plan (TEP) conversations skills

These are bookable on OWL (SomersetFT system) and eventbrite (open to anyone after registering).

We also work with other organisations to share the training they are providing to all staff in Somerset- these will be included in the events calendar months.
