Communication in EOLC

The Somerset End of Life Care Education Team, in partnership with the Mary Robertson Bursary and St Margaret’s Hospice, are delighted to present Communication in End of Life Care, a full days training.

Do you often work with those with life-limiting conditions and would like to improve your knowledge?

This course will focus on how to achieve best practice in communication when working with those at the end of life. It will cover:

• Advance Care Planning

• Treatment Escalation Planning

• The dying process

• The use of Just in Case meds at the End of Life

• The principles of Palliative Rehabilitation and how to apply to practice
