Marie Curie, in partnership with the Royal College of Nursing Pain and Palliative Care Forum, launched the first Mouth Care Matters network in 2021 to build on the success of the Health Education England's Mouth Care Matters programme.

2023 Curriculum:

1. Oral assessment and products to use (e.g. available products and how they work; medications that cause issues): Tuesday 8 November 2022, 11am–1pm
2. Complex conditions: Tuesday 17 January 2023, 11am–1pm
3. Head, neck, oral cancers: Tuesday 7 March 2023, 11am–1pm
4. Supporting families to assist with mouthcare: Tuesday 9 May 2023, 11am–1pm
5. Addressing mouthcare in cognitive impairment (including dementia/learning difficulties): Tuesday 11 July 2023, 11am–1pm
6. Specific oral issues (e.g. dry mouth, ulcers, secretions and thrush): Tuesday 12 September 2023, 11am–1pm
7. Wellbeing (optional): Tuesday 10 October 2023, 11am-1pm
