St Margaret's Hospice Care also provides community nursing services for people who are at home. There are five community teams supporting people across Somerset, bringing the benefits of hospice care to those who can remain at home. Their staff provide information and support to help people understand their illnesses and to manage their symptoms, focusing on the person’s wishes and to improve their quality of life.
